Hello the sales team, I want to thank you for the speed at which you have shipped the software I purchase Thursday 5th June late at night and that I received on Friday mid-afternoon. In my opinion, it shows the efficiency of your services and procedures as well as the dedication of your staff to a successful customer satisfaction.
Usually these events are not credited by the customers. So I brake the traditions and write this email to express my sincere thanks.
You have won a customer for more purchases the future.

I arrived home about 15.30 today, having left about 10.00am, shortly after I had spoken to the Internal Sales Rep this morning to place my order.
The Internal Sales Rep was extremely helpful in answering several questions about MS/Vista which I told him I would not order for a while, then he described to me the detailed information I wanted about one of your attractive specials advertised in today's Green Guide, then he offered me a super deal which I could only respond to with "Just wait until I get my credit card out".
The Internal Sales Rep took careful note of my comments about delivery as I live alone, work from home and have an elderly neighbour whose front door is one metre from mine. He said that he would do everything possible to alert your courier service to ensure that my software was delivered correctly.
Well when I arrived home about 15.30, as I was putting my key in the front door, my neighbour walked out of his door and handed me a package. I was very puzzled for a minute or so as I was sure it couldn't be from City Software that quick, could it? Well I got in the front door and sure enough it was my City Software package.
And now, about an hour later your email arrives to tell that my City Software package is on the way, entertaining me royally.

The Internal Sales Rep was able to deliver on a promise I sort of forced him to make and got a server delivered to me with the exact configuration in less than 48 hours on time to meet our project deadline.
It is this sort of dedication and commitment from our suppliers that win business, I would like to thank the Internal Sales Rep and recommend that he is recognised for his excellent work specially his friendly nature and can do attitude.

Dear Sir,
I ordered a Logitech Stereo USB Headset 250 on Monday 7 May and I received it on Tuseday 8 May at lunchtime.
What service --- from Melbourne to New Norfolk in 24 hours.
Makes "snail mail" look a bit silly !!

Living in far north Queensland we do not have access to all the goodies locally that I was used to when I lived in Sydney. I very much appreciate the excellent standard of service that I receive either by phone or on a web order.
The cost of freighting goods up to this region is many times very high, however the prices that CSW provide are very competitive and this is appreciated. The goods are usually here in 4 or 5 working days and that is more than adequate.
Keep up the good work and keep up the competitively priced hot deals.
