Easy Interface

The WagezWindow screen interface is very simple – keeping employment records and processing payrolls has never been so easy! Yet advanced features abound. WAGEzWINDOW can guide the user through the steps to access features such as Salary Sacrifice, Voluntary extra tax, up to 10 allowances and 10 deductions per employee, Direct Pays (bank account direct), allowing splits into up to 5 separate bank accounts per employee, advanced HECS and Super deductions, flexible cost allocations including up to 5 separate departments or other cost categories per employee. The program has been ATO-approved for electronic lodgement of Group Certificates, has very versatile reporting functions to help keep an overview of payroll structure, and has built-in data backup procedures. Add to all this the ability to handle up to seven user-defined pay rates in addition to normal ones, and you have a very powerful payroll tool dressed up in a really easy-to-use Windows package.

4-Step Pay!

4 easy steps to make a regular payroll:

1. Auto Pay automatically processes a starting-point database based on the last pay details.
2. Edit Pay allows you to go through each employee's records, changing hours, allowances, deductions, etc. With all changes, all calculations such as tax and HECS, are updated instantly.
3. Reports allows printing of a wide range of current pay details for both company records and pay analysis.
4. Do Pay is the business end of the process!

All the changes to individual records are processed into a whole payroll.

Undo?

If anything is found to be wrong, this emergency button reverses all entries for Steps #3 & #4, allowing a return to Step #2 to correct the problem. The Payslips and Direct Pays buttons allow you to use the processed payroll to perform the actual payout requirements.
