Retractable Cable Lock with Alarm

When travelling the personal possessions you carry with you are often at great risk to opportunist thieves. If you put them down and turn your back for one moment they could easily be gone. The Lock/Alarm ‘Mini’ is your ideal travel companion, helping safeguard your items and ensuring your trip does not get spoilt.

The Lock/Alarm ‘Mini’ weighs just 100g (3.5oz) and is small enough to fit in the palm of your hand or easily into your pocket (8.5cm x 6cm x 2.5cm / 3.5” x 2.5” x 1”) making it ideal for travel. It features a retractable high tensile steel cable (plastic coated to avoid scratching your possessions) which can extend up to 60cm (24”) in length. Simply pull out as much of the steel cable as required, lock the cable around the item(s) you wish to protect and also an immovable object such as a post or railing (to prevent your items from being easily snatched by a thief). If an attempt is made to cut through the steel cable, or compromise the main lock unit, the alarm will start screaming!

In addition, the Lock/Alarm ‘Mini’ has a movement sensor feature. If this is set then the alarm will also sound if the lock is disturbed by someone. A time delay enables the user to lock/unlock before the alarm activates.

The 3 digit combination lock means no keys are necessary. The combination can be easily programmed by the user to a memorable code of their choosing.

The Lock/Alarm ‘Mini’ operates using 4 x LR44 (1.5v) batteries which are included and fit inside a tamper proof compartment. A low battery indicator alerts the user when the batteries need changing.
