• To be eligible consumers must purchase one of the following Brother products from an authorised and participating Brother reseller within Australia: MFC-885CW, MFC-685CW, MFC-465CN, MFC-260C SE, DCP-585CW, DCP-385C, DCP-165C, DCP-145C or a MFC-235C between 1 November 2008 - 31 March 2009. Purchases made from Big W, Dick Smith Electronics, Dick Smith Powerhouse or Tandy are ineligible.
• In order to make a valid claim, consumers must submit an online claim form at www.brothercashback.com.au, print out the claim form containing the auto generated claim number, cut out the serial number/barcodes from the box, make a photocopy of their tax invoice as proof of purchase (delivery dockets are not acceptable as proof of purchase) and send these supporting documents via mail to Brother Cashback Promotion Locked Bag 90 North Ryde NSW 1670 within 30 days of purchase date.
• Subject to eligibility of claim: claimants who purchase a Brother; MFC-885CW or MFC-685CW will receive $50 cashback; MFC-465CN will receive $40 cashback; MFC-260C SE or DCP-585CW will receive $30 cashback; DCP-385C, DCP-165C, DCP-145C or a MFC-235C will receive $20 cashback.
• The cashback amount issued is inclusive of GST and will be issued by cheque.
• Only one claim per person or business permitted per purchase of a Brother Inkjet Multi-Function Centre.
• If a Brother product is purchased by a business then the cheque will be issued in the name of that purchasing business.
• Valid for eligible purchases made between 1 November 2008 - 31 March 2009.

• All claims will be subject to the Promoter's validation and verification checks. Claimants must retain a photocopy of all material submitted in relation to their claim.
